Equal Compassion Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to support and economically empower teenage mothers. Through its various training programs and initiatives, the foundation strives to deliver these young women from poverty and misery to confidence and self-sufficiency.

The Equal Compassion Foundation (ECF) aims to promote the well-being of teenage mothers in Lira district, Uganda through their Fashion and Design Project. The project provides training for teenage mothers in marketable soft skills, computer skills, and adult education.

The project seeks to empower Teenage Mothers and give them a source of income while contributing to their economic independence and wellbeing. The skills they learn, such as weaving, jewelry making, and pottery, will help them create handmade items that can be sold at local markets or online.
